    由中国自动化学会数据驱动控制、学习与优化专业委员会和青岛大学联合主办,IEEE北京分会协办, 由河南大学承办的2024年IEEE第十三届数据驱动控制与学习系统会议(DDCLS’24)将于2024年5月17-19日在河南开封召开 会议旨在为数据驱动控制、学习与优化领域的国内外学者与技术人员提供一个学术交流平台,展示最新的理论与技术成果。会议采用大会报告、专题研讨会、会前专题讲座、分组报告和张贴论文等形式进行交流。

    DDCLS会议已经连续成功举办12届,精彩的特邀报告、 丰硕的研究成果、深入的学术交流、多样的会议形式铸就了DDCLS会议的腾飞之翼。 特别是近几年,面对国内外疫情反复的形势,会议组委会和各承办单位精心筹备、通力配合, 在保持会议规模的情况下仍然奉献了高质量的线下学术盛会。 DDCLS会议于2022年入选中国科协《重要学术会议指南》名录,以及中国自动化学会推荐的A类学术会议名录。DDCLS’24会议将更加规模化和国际化,会议的成功举办必将对促进数据驱动控制、学习与优化领域的研究和发展,以及推动其在国际学术界的影响起到重要的作用。

    本次会议的召开地点开封市, 位于华北平原腹地、河南省东部, 是中国 首批 历史文化名城 ,已有 4100 余年的建城史,先后 经历有 夏朝 战国 时期的 魏国 五代 时期的 后梁 、 后晋 、 后汉 、 后周 宋朝 和 金朝 也在此定都,因此有“八朝古都”之称,孕育 出了上承汉唐、下启明清、影响深远的“ 宋文化 ”,是中国十大名画之一的《 清明上河图 》的创作地。如今的开封市不仅是优秀 的旅游文化城市,更是河南省新兴副中心城市,是郑汴一体化发展的重要一翼。

     DDCLS历届会议收录的英文论文均已进入IEEE Xplore数据库并被EI检索,DDCLS’24会议录用的英文论文经 IEEE审核后也将进入IEEE Xplore数据库并送EI检索。DDCL’24会议征文范围包括但不限于以下范围::

    投稿须知: 本次会议的投稿论文请于2023年12月31日,2024年01月31日,2024年02月29日 前通过 http://cms.amss.ac.cn/ 提交全文初稿。 录用文章的作者需要按照会议要求撰写论文并提交终稿。会议接受的投稿类型包括口头/张贴论文、邀请组论文、 长摘要论文,具体的稿件要求详见DDCLS’24 会议网站 https://ddcls24.hnust.edu.cn。 会议接收的论文需作者注册并到会宣讲,有问题可以咨询secretary_ddcls@163.com

    The 2024 IEEE 13th Data Driven Control and Learning Systems Conference (DDCLS’24), an annual conference jointly organized by technical committee on Data Driven Control, Learning and Optimization, Chinese Association of Automation, sponsored by IEEE Beijing Section, and locally organized by Henan University,will be held during May 17-19, 2024 in Kaifeng, Henan Province, China. The objectives of DDCLS’24 are to provide high quality research and professional interactions on the advancements of theory, technology and practical applications in the fields of data-driven control, learning, automation and optimization. The conference consists of keynote addresses, distinguished lectures, panel discussions, workshops, oral and poster sessions.

    The DDCLS conference has been successfully held for 12 years. The wonderful invited presentations, fruitful research results, in-depth academic exchanges and various conference forums have forged the soaring wings of DDCLS conference. Even during the pandemic in the past several years, the organizing committee and the local organizers still had dedicated all their efforts to hold this high-quality academic event in-site with hundreds of participants. DDCLS has already been issued as the Top Academic Conferences by Chinese Association for Science and Technology (CAST) in 2022, and the DDCLS conference is also listed in the A-class conference catalog by CAA..

    Kaifeng City, where this conference will be held, is located in the hinterland of North China Plain and the east of Henan Province. It is one of the well-known historical and cultural cities in China. With a history of more than 4,100 years, Kaifeng has successively experienced the Xia Dynasty, the State of Wei in the Warring States Period, the later Liang, Later Jin, Later Han, Later Zhou, Song and Jin Dynasties, so it is called “the ancient capital of the eight dynasties”, giving births to the influential "Song culture" and the China's ten famous paintings "Qingming River Map". Today, Kaifeng is not only an excellent tourist and cultural city, but also an emerging sub-central city in Henan Province, and an important wing of the integrated development of Zhengzhou and Kaifeng.

     The English papers accepted by our previous DDCLS conferences had been included in the IEEE Xplore, and indexed by EI Compendex or ISTP database. The DDCLS’24 will cover both theory and applications in all the areas of data driven control and learning systems. The topics of interest include, but not limited to:
